Can I join if it's my first time?
Yes, first-timers are welcome. On the day, your guide will explain the equipment and how everything works as you go. If anything is worrying you, just ask before you book.
What is the minimum group size?
Every activity starts from 2 people. If you'd like to join alone or bring a large group, please talk to us in advance.
What should I wear and bring?
What to wear and bring changes with the season and the state of the river, so we send full details when you book. Ask us in advance if you'd like to know sooner.
What happens if it rains?
Your guide decides whether to run the trip, and in what form, based on the weather and river conditions. If we have to cancel or change anything, we'll contact you in advance, so get in touch even if the forecast looks doubtful.
Can children take part?
The age range depends on the activity and the river conditions on the day. If you'd like to bring children, contact us in advance and let us know their ages.
Where do we meet?
We give you the meeting point in full when you book. It differs by area (Furano, Biei or Asahikawa), so check the details for your booking.
How far in advance should I book?
All activities require advance booking. Once your date is set, contact us as early as you can. For last-minute bookings, call us and we'll see what's possible.
What is your cancellation policy?
The conditions and any cancellation fees are explained when you book. If your plans change afterwards, let us know as soon as you can.
Do you take group bookings?
Yes. For groups we offer the Organize Program, built around your purpose. Tell us the number of people and what you have in mind, and we'll propose something.
Do you run trips outside Furano?
Yes. As well as Furano, we run Relax Downriver trips in the Biei and Asahikawa areas. Choose whichever fits your itinerary.
