Hokkaido Outdoor Organization (HOO) is an outdoor organisation based in Furano, offering nature experiences across Hokkaido.

Connecting people with Hokkaido's nature, and with moments that move them.
We create experiences that connect you with nature, not just another day of sightseeing.
Vision
Find yourself out in nature.
What we set out to do is bring people and the nature of Hokkaido together.
Not just to look at the scenery, but to feel the breath of the land, touch the moving water, and find yourself somewhere in the middle of it.
In that moment, something shifts.
We want to be the people who make that meeting happen: the bridge between nature and the feeling it leaves behind.

Representative / River Guide
More than 20 years as an outdoor guide, with river guiding experience on the Yoshino River in Shikoku, the Tone River in Gunma, the Mu River in Hokkaido and other rivers across Japan.
Now based back home in Hokkaido, building outdoor experiences that make the most of what this place already is.
Qualifications
- Hokkaido Governor-certified Outdoor Guide (Rafting / Canoe)
- Rescue3 SRT-1
- Advanced First Aid / Advanced Life Saving certification
- Regional Tourism Development Manager

Years of river guiding on the Yoshino River in Shikoku, the Tone River in Gunma, the Mu River in Hokkaido and other rivers across Japan.
